Barceliño

Barceliño 2004. Mixed between Tempranillo and Garnache. Oak aged.

Finally an acceptable wine for a very little price (1.89euros, LiDL supermarket). Good oak taste. It needs a bit of air. I do not know how they manage to keep such a low price, but it tastes good....relatively to the price of course.

Rioja Romeral 2006

Bought at the local "Universal" 24h. 5 euros.
Not a good wine (too young, have been too stressed..?).
R: it is gone off...5/10
I: Probably too hot during the summer 5.5/10
G: It does not smell but it is not so bad. 5.5/10
B: it is acid.

Enate 2003

With lamb and potatoes at our place. Brought by R. A good wine, very rich smell.
I: 7 out of 10
R: Si, 7
B: Si, quasi 8

Monasterio de Tentudia (2002)

A very good price for a good wine...but I generally love the wine from Extremadura. Bought at the "Auchan" (Al Campo).

Monsalvez 2004 Ribera del Duero

A good quality-price ratio at the local supermarket. Brought by M&R for a paella at X&D place.

M: It is good
R: ..mmm...not bad!
D: The wine is good
G: A bit acid, but probably it needs air.

although i'm a bit lazy and did not upload my opinion about the HEMA huiswijn rood (nice borrelwijn!) ánd because most wines on this blog are not available in the netherlands i've joined an other community: vinoo.
it is still very beta and can use some experienced drinkers

Som (Mallroca) and Solneval - with Paella negra

Nice day in Banyalbufar at Rgr's house and a very tasty paella negra from Rys & Mnl.
The first wine was from Mallorca "SOM" (9 euros at the St. Catalina Market)
Rgr: Me gusta...diria un 7/10
Gk. Mmm..too expensive for the quality, a 6,5/10
Ir: Like all mallorcan wine a low quality price ratio.
Mnl. No me gusta, un 5/10
Krn. Me gusta, un 8-9/10
The second wine: Salneval - Albarino from Galicia
Very fruity smell and a generally good wine
Gk: 7.5/10
